Islam and Terrorism, two unrelated things

As we knew the recent attack on JW Marriot Hotel in Jakarta was suspected done by suicide bomber which blamed was organized by JI with the mastermind Noordin M top. If you notice every time any terrorism attack at the first sight people will blame to Islam as the cause. Why its So ? Why Islam always blamed for such acts which the act itself is contradicted with the Islamic teaching?
Islam is the religion of peace, it is very clear mentioned in Al-Qur’an :

On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person – unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land – it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our messengers with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.(5:32)

See, how Islam treat human’s live even a single live. There are many other verses in the Book, that the act of terrorism is against Islam’s teaching.
